booked a flight for a family reunion w them my 4 year old and myself...left montauk to go to laquardia airport 2 hours away only to find the tickets were canceled. no one could give me answer nor could cooke agency find another flight until later on that night. i told them no my son should not be in a airport for over 10 hours because someone canceled my tickets.. i asked for refund they said they would overnight it and now its 2 weeks later and still nothing. now i am involved in a lawsuit w them. stay away from them
